What is Neco Token?

A token functions similarly to a scratch card; it is utilized to verify results once they are published by NECO. Please be aware that NECO has discontinued the use of scratch cards for result checking; you can now only use a token to access your results.

The result checker token has taken the place of the previously used scratch cards for checking results. These tokens can be bought on the NECO Results portal through online or bank payment. HOW OFTEN CAN I CHECK MY RESULT?

You can check your results a total of 5 (five) times using just 1 (one) Token. If you wish to check again after reaching the limit of 5 (five) times, you will need to buy an additional Token, which will give you another 5 (five) checks for your results. Is it possible to use one Token to check multiple results?

No! You can only use a one Token to check one result. If you want to check another result that interests you, you'll need a new Token. Misusing a Token by trying to check a different result from the first one will result in a penalty, as if you had used the card, and you will receive the corresponding error message.

I have been trying to check my results on the NECO website, but it's not loading. What should I do?

Please note that the issue may be due to your internet connection not working correctly, or it could be caused by heavy traffic on the result checking site. We recommend waiting a bit before attempting to check again at https://results.neco.gov.ng/

Are you trying to check any of the NECO Exams’ results but facing the error message, "Candidate record not found under this exam"? Don’t worry, this error typically arises when the registration or exam number entered is incorrect, or the wrong Exam Type has been chosen.

To resolve this, simply enter the correct registration or exam number, or select the appropriate Exam Type, and then try again.

Is it possible to use the result checker token purchased last year to verify the results for this year?
